Mission

Vitrine reads the Indonesian retail market the way the industry itself reads it — through ownership, distribution, geography, and the structural facts that explain why luxury houses, multi-brand operators, and mall landlords behave the way they do. The reporting is grounded in publicly verifiable sources: regulatory filings, listed-company disclosures, primary government data, and the operational record of the houses and operators themselves. Future editions will progressively incorporate primary research, industry interviews, and proprietary survey work. The Year One ambition is to produce the most accurate publicly-grounded reading of the Indonesian luxury retail market that can be produced from public sources alone.
